Questions

Do you store my emails?

No. Zackem has no email servers. Your mail stays with your email provider, and a copy is kept on your own computer. We never see it.

Which email accounts work with Zackem?

Microsoft 365, Exchange, Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, AOL, Zoho and nearly any account that supports standard IMAP, including mail on your own domain. Setup steps for each are in the Help pages.

How do I connect Gmail?

At launch, Gmail connects with a Google app password: turn on 2-Step Verification in your Google account, create an app password, and paste it into Zackem once. See the step-by-step guide.

Does Zackem work on Mac?

Yes. Zackem runs on Windows 10 and 11 and on macOS, on both Apple-chip and Intel Macs. One license works on either. Full system requirements.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

Nothing is lost. Zackem keeps working as the free version with up to 2 accounts, and you can buy a license or a module at any time to unlock the rest.

Does Zackem use AI on my mail without asking?

Never. AI is off until you turn it on, and you choose whether it runs on your computer or through your own AI account.

What does "Zackem" mean?

It comes from the Yiddish tzuzamen — "all together." Every inbox, all together, in one place.
